2.Payment information
UkilVai does not collect or store card numbers, PINs or bank account credentials. Payment processing happens entirely through SSLCommerz; we retain only the transaction reference and its status.
3.How information is used
- Providing and running the services you asked for.
- Connecting you with a suitable lawyer.
- Sending booking, progress and important-change notifications.
- Protecting security and preventing misuse.
- Meeting legal obligations.
5.How long we keep it
Information is kept for as long as providing the service and meeting legal requirements demands. After that it is deleted, or kept in a form that no longer identifies you.
6.Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to prevent unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No system on the internet is entirely without risk, and we do not claim any certification or standard that has not been independently verified.
8.Your rights
- Ask to see the information held about you.
- Ask for inaccurate information to be corrected.
- Ask for your account and related information to be deleted.
- Opt out of marketing messages.
9.Children’s privacy
The platform is intended for adults. We do not set out to collect information from minors without a guardian’s consent.
10.Changes to this policy
When this policy is updated the date at the top of the page changes, and significant changes are announced separately.
