Request account deletion
Request deletion of your UkilVai (উকিলভাই) account — developed by Trivosoft — for both the app and the website. You can make this request from this page without installing the app.
How to request deletion
Choose your account type below — lawyer or client.
Enter the email address registered to the account.
Press “Delete my account” and confirm.
We send a confirmation message to your email; verify the request from there.
What is deleted and what is kept
Data that is deleted
- Name, email, phone number and profile photo
- Address, district and division
- Uploaded identity documents and personal files
- Messages and conversations with lawyers
- Case and service request details
- Saved searches, notification settings and device tokens
Data that is kept
- Transaction and payment records, as required by tax and accounting law
- Invoices and receipts
- Security and fraud-prevention audit logs
- Records we are legally required to retain, or that relate to an ongoing dispute
Retained records are stripped of identifying details wherever possible and are used only to meet those legal obligations.
Timeline
- 30 days of inactivity
- If an account has no activity for 30 days, it is deleted automatically.
- Recovery for 90 days
- For 90 days after a deletion request you can ask us to restore the account. During this period the data is held inactive.
- After 90 days
- To protect user privacy and meet community guidelines, your data is permanently erased 90 days after deletion. Recovery is not possible after that.
